Thornhill Meatloaf

2 lbs. ground beef
½ cup plain panko breadcrumbs
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
½ cup chopped onions
1 tbsp. Dijon Mustard
4 tbsp. of favorite BBQ
1 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. pepper
3 Eggs whipped

½ cup diced green pepper

In a large bowl mix together all the ingredients. Do not overwork the meat. Shape meatloaf into a baking pan and place in oven at 400 degrees for thirty minutes. Remove from the oven and let rest for ten minutes and serve.
