Rotisserie Chicken – February Recipe of the Month

Rotisserie Chicken

8 – Chicken Quarters
3 TBSP – Salt
2 TBSP – Paprika
2 TBSP – Oregano
2 TBSP – Black Pepper
3 tsp – Lemon Juice
1 Cup – Olive Oil

1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees
2. Mix together Salt, Black Pepper, Oregano, Paprika, Lemon Juice & Olive Oil in small bowl.
3. Raise the chicken
4. Rub spice mixture from small bowl on raised chicken
5. Cook chicken at 300 degrees for 30 minutes
6. Serve with your favorite sides and enjoy!
