Rosemary Chicken


6 6oz Chicken Breast
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. Minced Garlic
¼ cup dry white wine
3 tbsp. lemon juice
3 tbsp. fresh rosemary
Salt and pepper

Season chicken breast with salt and pepper, olive oil and rosemary marinate for 30 minutes. Lightly grill each side and then finish in oven at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until reaches internal temp of 165. In pan heat olive oil and garlic, sauté for one minute, add white wine, lemon juice, rosemary and heat to a simmer. When chicken is ready, pour sauce over, and enjoy.
