Thornhill Catering delivers throughout the DFW Metroplex.

Orders are welcomed by phone, online or e‐mail and will be confirmed by a staff member for your peace of mind.

We would like to receive your order by 4 p.m. the day before delivery—please call us directly so we can cater to your last minute needs!

All major credit cards are welcomed. We also offer corporate accounts for your convenience.

Cancellation Policy

As our food is purchased and prepared fresh for each order, we request that any cancellations be received at least 24 hours prior to the delivery time.  

While we will make every effort to honor cancellations, late cancellations may be subject to a minimum charge of 50% of the total order.  

If food preparation has begun, up to 100% of the total order may be charged.  

Specialty food items are non-refundable if they have been purchased.

Please note, cancellations requested outside of business hours may not be received until the following business day. 

Large orders require extra planning, preparation and staffing. While we will do our best to accommodate unforeseen circumstances, cancellation of large orders within 48 hours of the delivery time may be subject to late cancellation fees.
