Chopped Steak topped with Gravy

Ingredients
Chopped Steak
1.5 lbs – Ground Beef
1 TBSP –  Worcestershire Sauce
1 TBSP –  Fresh Garlic, Chopped
2 TBSP –  Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper To Taste

Gravy
2 TBSP – Butter
6 oz – Sliced Mushrooms
1/2  Whole Yellow Onion, Sliced
1/4 Cup – Flour
2 Cups – Beef Stock

Chopped Steak:
1) Mix Beef, Worcestershire Sauce, Garlic, Salt and Pepper in a Large Bowl.
2) After mixing, separate into five individual parts and grill at medium temperature.
3) Once complete, keep warm in oven (set to 165 degrees)
Gravy
1) Sautee the onions and mushrooms together.
2) In a separate pan, combine the butter and beef stock over medium heat.
3) Gradually stir in flour for thickness.
Chopped 
Remove steak from oven, smother in gravy and top with the sautéed onions and mushrooms.
